SL/SLC type 107 Owners 2021 - 50th Anniversary
2021 marks the 50th anniversary of the introduction of the Mercedes-Benz SL/
SLC type 107 models. Production started in April 1971 and continued through
August 1989 with a record 300,000+ vehicles produced during the18-year
period.
The SL/SLC type 107 is the largest class within the MBCA - Houston Section with
at least 28 vehicles among the membership. We view this 50th anniversary as a
great opportunity to strengthen the community and connection among the MBCA
Houston Section membership and promote the ownership of the older MB
models.

- Background: We are expecting all owners of 107’s from the MBCA Houston Section to participate with their vehicles. We want to encourage other Houston Section members to come along and enjoy the spectacle of many 107’s in one place and hopefully grow the ranks of 107 owners in the future.
